Percy Pyne is a real estate expert with 35+ years success in general brokerage and agency representation for property acquisition, dispositions, development, ownership, management, complex-ground-lease negotiations, joint ventures and consulting. Mr. Pyne has cultivated productive, long-term relationships with key decision makers across the globe, and is widely recognized as a capable, trustworthy and honest resource with an unmatched knowledge base.
Mr. Pyne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Denver and a Masters of Business Administration in
corporate finance and accounting from Columbia University. He is a member of Real Estate Board of New York, The New
York Partnership and The Downtown Alliance.
Jay B. Fischoff –Principal & COO
Acquisitions and Operations
A prominent veteran in the real estate business for over 30 years, Mr. Fischoff’s career encompasses general brokerage,
agency representation, building acquisition, ownership, operation and management, lease negotiations, mortgage financing
and disposition of major commercial properties.
Mr. Fischoff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New
York. He is a member of Real Estate Board of New York.
Amalia Pyne Sykes - Senior Vice President
Strategy, Leasing and Property Management
Mrs. Sykes began her career at JPMorgan Private Bank where she worked for a number of years in the Latin American market. She was responsible for prospecting, servicing and marketing for their high-net-worth clients. She also helped in strategically analyzing the competitive marketplace.
Her current responsibilities include management and leasing for the Pyne Companies portfolio of properties. She also assists with capital improvement projects and overseeing the accounting of the NY/Washington D.C. portfolios. Mrs. Sykes has over 10 years experience in the real estate business. Mrs. Sykes holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of New York
Chuiyin Strate – Assistant Vice President
Strategic Marketing and Shareholder Relations
Mrs. Strate has over 8 years experience in Shareholder Relations and Funds Operations. Her experience includes working within the Private Client Sales and Marketing Group at Lazard Asset Management in New York where she served as a marketing and shareholder relations liaison responsible for servicing the portfolios of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, off-shore clients, institutions and foundations. Prior to Lazard, Mrs. Strate worked at AllianceBernstein in New York within the Institutional Sales and Marketing Group where she serviced a $10 billion diversified client base for Canadian institutional investors in value, growth and blend products.
Currently, Mrs. Strate is employed with the Pyne Companies in New York, a real estate investment management and consultancy company where she is responsible for Shareholder Relations and Fund Operations for a Bahamian-based Fund.
Mrs. Strate holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University.
Rawleigh W. Pyne – Assistant Vice President
Strategy and Property Management
Mr. Pyne has over 7 years experience in real estate working in all facets of the industry from high end development in New York City to day to day small asset operation. Mr. Pyne's experience includes acquisitions and dispositions and he understands all aspects of real estate financing. During his time in Colorado, Mr. Pyne has worked on forecasting, management, and leasing for a 1.5 million square foot office park and has worked on repositioning a stalled ground up mountain resort urban land development where he was able to procure $120,000 in land upgrades from a government agency.
Mr. Pyne holds a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University and received a Master in Real Estate and Construction Management and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Denver.
Seth A. Levin, CPA - Assistant Vice President
Mr. Levin began his career at The Schonbraun McCann Group, a national accounting and consulting firm, specializing in all aspects of real estate. He also spent time in management roles for Cohen Brothers Realty Corp. and The Moinian Group, two New York based real estate companies.
Currently, Mr. Levin is employed with the Pyne Companies in New York, a real estate investment management and consultancy company where he is responsible for accounting related matters for a Bahamian-based Fund, as well as other real estate ventures for the Pyne Companies. Mr. Levin has over 10 years experience in the real estate business.
Mr. Levin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the New Jersey Society of CPAs and the New York Society of CPAs.
